About this product

This is the ultrasonic jewelry cleaner solution we would want in our own machines: a non-ammoniated concentrate that lifts lotion, skin oils and everyday grime off gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones, and leaves eyeglasses and watch bracelets looking new. Because it is a true jewelry cleaner concentrate — not a pre-mixed jewelry cleaning liquid — one 32 oz bottle mixes into more than 50 gallons of working solution, which works out to pennies per cleaning cycle. It is compatible with every ultrasonic jewelry cleaner machine on the market, and every bottle ships with a free microfiber polishing cloth. No ultrasonic machine? The same solution works beautifully as a simple warm-water soak for hand-cleaning.

Jewelry Cleaner Solution — FAQs

What jewelry is this ultrasonic cleaning solution safe for?

It is safe for solid gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel and diamonds, as well as most hard gemstones. Like any ultrasonic jewelry cleaning, avoid soft or treated stones such as pearls, opals, emeralds and amber — ultrasonic cavitation itself (not the solution) can damage them.

How do I mix the jewelry cleaner concentrate?

Mix 1 part solution to 250 parts warm water — about half a teaspoon per quart of water in a typical benchtop ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. For heavily soiled pieces you can strengthen the mix up to roughly 1:100.

Does it work in any ultrasonic cleaner machine?

Yes. It works in every brand of ultrasonic cleaner — benchtop jewelry machines, heated digital units and professional tanks alike — and can also be used as a soak for hand cleaning.

Does the solution contain ammonia?

No. It is a non-ammoniated, non-toxic formula with no harsh fumes, so it is pleasant to use indoors and gentle on metals, stones and lens coatings.
