About this product

The easiest insurance policy for your air conditioner. Pour a measured dose of our AC drain line cleaner into the condensate line access every six to eight weeks and sludge and buildup never get the chance to clog the line, back up the drain pan, trip the float switch or leak into your ceiling. The formula is non-corrosive and safe for PVC and all drain pipes — unlike bleach or Drano, which can damage lines and void warranties. One 32 oz bottle holds 8 treatments: a full year of HVAC condensate line maintenance. Line already clogged? Clear the blockage with a wet/dry vacuum at the exterior outlet first — our drain line guide walks through it — then use this cleaner to keep it from ever coming back.

AC Drain Line Cleaner — FAQs

How often should I treat my AC drain line?

Every 6–8 weeks during cooling season, or at least quarterly year-round. One bottle holds 8 doses — a 12-month supply for a typical home.

Is it safe for PVC pipes and drain pans?

Yes. The non-corrosive formula is safe for PVC and all common condensate line materials, drain pans and drip lines — residential split systems, furnaces with condensate drains, mini-splits and RV air conditioners.

Can I use vinegar or Drano instead?

Vinegar is weak against established sludge and its acidity can corrode metal components over time. Drano and other caustic drain openers should never go in an AC condensate line — they can damage PVC cement joints, the drain pan and the coil, and void your warranty. Use a cleaner made for condensate lines.

My AC line is already clogged — will this fix it?

For an active clog, first clear the blockage mechanically (wet/dry vacuum at the exterior outlet is the standard method), then use this cleaner to dissolve remaining buildup and keep the line clear going forward.
